1. Overview

CombattX offers paid subscription plans for enhanced listing features. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available and the process for requesting one.

2. Subscription Plans

All paid plans (Premium, Professional, and Enterprise) are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Refund Eligibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide refunds after the 30-day window but may offer one at our discretion if:

  • A technical issue prevented you from using the features included in your plan
  • Your listing was removed due to an error on our part
  • There was a billing error or duplicate charge

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subscription periods that have already been fully used
  • Listings removed due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date (you are responsible for managing your subscription)
  • Changes in personal circumstances or business decisions
  • Minor or temporary site outages

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email admin@combattx.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email, plan type, purchase date, and reason for the request
  3. We will review and respond within 5 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
  • Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for renewals

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your listing will revert to the Free plan features after the paid period ends
