CombattX is an online directory and listing platform that connects combat sports professionals, gyms, trainers, and related businesses with potential clients. The Site allows users to browse listings and allows businesses to create and promote listings through paid subscription plans.
3. User Accounts
To create listings or access premium features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Listing Content
You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. By posting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- All information is accurate, current, and not misleading
- Your listing does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- You have all necessary licenses, certifications, or qualifications claimed in your listing
- Your listing does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
CombattX offers the following subscription plans:
- Free — Basic listing at no cost
- Premium ($39.99/30 days) — Enhanced listing features
- Professional ($69.99/30 days) — Advanced listing features
- Enterprise ($249.99/30 days) — Full suite of features
Plans auto-renew every 30 days. You may cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Site is owned by CombattX and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit in your listings, but grant CombattX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Impersonate another person or business
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening
- Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription requirements
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CombattX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, quality, or reliability of any listing
- That the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That any listing will result in business leads or clients
You use the Site and rely on listings at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CombattX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CombattX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CombattX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
