Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu DFW
Metroplex grapplers no longer need to hunt for famous lineage: Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu DFW, founded in Hurst in May 2024, is the only Renzo Gracie academy in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area. Head instructor Professor Greg Hamilton leads classes seven days a week, including 6 AM weekday sessions, with kids’ head coach Professor Phillip Bulloch – Hamilton’s first black belt – running a children’s program with a strong regional reputation. Beyond BJJ, the schedule adds Muay Thai striking, Condition-Fit and yoga, women’s self-defense, homeschool kids’ jiu-jitsu, and competition training inside a facility with over 2,000 square feet of mat space and a separate striking room.
