SFS MMA

Downtown Mesquite’s Main Street address gives SFS MMA a neighborhood character that franchise gyms rarely match. The school’s philosophy is straightforward: martial arts training helps every child and adult develop the mental and physical skills they need to succeed in life, whether that means confidence, fitness, or self-defense. Kids and adults train in an evening-focused schedule — doors open at 5PM on weekdays with Saturday morning classes — making it an easy fit after school or work. Local families have pushed the Google rating to 4.5 across 103 reviews, one of the more-reviewed schools in the area. If you live or work near the Mesquite square, stop by 205 W Main St or call (214) 329-6902 to try a class.
