Insight BJJ, Striking & MMA - Brenham, TX

Renzo Gracie’s name sits right on the signage in Brenham, where Insight BJJ, Striking & MMA carries the Team Renzo Gracie banner into Washington County. That lineage matters: students in a small town better known for bluebonnets and Blue Bell ice cream get serious instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai, across programs for kids, teens, adults, and seniors. A perfect 5.0 Google rating and a free-trial offer lower the barrier for curious beginners, while a competition team gives ambitious grapplers a direction. Training concentrates on weekday evenings, with midday openings earlier in the week and a Saturday morning session to close it out. Reach the Mansfield Street academy at 512-913-5404 or through insightbjjcwp.com.
