Fast Lane Jiu Jitsu Academy
Rush-hour grapplers have a home at Fast Lane Jiu Jitsu Academy, which opens its doors at 6 AM twice a week for before-work training – a rarity among south Houston academies. The program pairs Brazilian jiu-jitsu with Muay Thai across adult, teen, and kids classes, with skill tracks from beginner through advanced and an open-mat culture highlighted on the school’s own site. A flawless 5.0 rating across 179 Google reviews makes it one of the best-reviewed BJJ spots in the city. Sunday hours from 11 AM to 3 PM round out a schedule built for people who cannot train on weekdays. The academy sits at 2955 S Sam Houston Pkwy E, Suite 200, Houston; free trials are offered and 281-814-6450 reaches a coach.
