Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - La Grange

Directly across from the county courthouse in downtown La Grange, Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu runs a family-friendly mat that draws men, women, and children from across Fayette County — including nearby Smithville and Giddings. The academy trains under a Renzo Gracie affiliation, giving small-town students a direct line to a world-renowned grappling lineage whether the goal is competition, self-defense, or fitness. Evening classes run three weeknights, late-morning sessions land on Tuesday and Thursday, and open mat time fills Saturday afternoons. Insight holds a 5.0 rating across 13 Google reviews, with reviewers describing a supportive, ego-free room that works for complete beginners.
