Zev Martial Arts

No testing fees, period — students earn rank without paying for promotion — is one of the quietly unusual policies at Zev Martial Arts on Fall Creek Highway in Granbury. Led by Mr. Alex Wolf, the school (also known as the Zev Syndicate) teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate, kickboxing, and MMA to kids, teens, and adults, with family training days that put parents and children on the same mat. Tactical training firm Trident Response Group has publicly endorsed Wolf’s hands-on self-defense instruction, and the school advertises discounts for community service alongside family rates. Classes run weekday evenings — 5 to 8 PM Monday through Wednesday, 5 to 7 PM Thursday and Friday. The community approves: 4.9 stars across 35 reviews. Call 817-718-0870 or visit zevsyndicate.com.
