United States Taekwondo Academy

Arnis sticks and SWAT leadership training might not sound like taekwondo staples, but United States Taekwondo Academy blends all three across two DFW locations – the Garland school on West Campbell Road plus a sister academy in Allen. The core curriculum stays traditional taekwondo forms, sparring, and self-defense for kids and adults, while Filipino Arnis weapons work and a student SWAT leadership program add depth most academies never touch. New students even receive a free uniform with enrollment. Classes run weekday afternoons into evenings plus Saturday mornings. The Garland school holds a 4.7 rating across 63 Google reviews.
