The Whitewright Martial Arts Center

Tai Chi shares the schedule with striking arts at the Whitewright Martial Arts Center, which reshaped its class times so people who work all day can still train — a fitting choice for a small Grayson County town. The center’s blog tracks ordinary milestones like first yellow-belt promotions, signaling a traditional rank-progress culture rather than a competition mill. Sessions run weekday afternoons from 2 to 3 PM and evenings from 6 to 8:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. For Whitewright residents, it is the neighborhood option for martial arts without a drive to a bigger town. Call 903-227-6023 or visit whitewrightmartialarts.com.
