Haven Jiu-Jitsu Academy

Summer camps for kids and lunchtime fundamentals for adults hint at how broadly this academy thinks about its community. Haven Jiu-Jitsu Academy positions itself as exactly that, a haven where people of any age can train, grow, and test themselves without ego. On the mat that means Brazilian jiu-jitsu and self-defense fundamentals; on the calendar it means weekday lunchtime sessions from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, evening classes from 5 PM, and kids’ summer camp sessions in June and July. The Shaw Road school carries a perfect 5.0 rating across 40 Google reviews and backs families with discounts plus free parking.
