RCMATX MMA Academy

Roland and Cassey Torres have run River City Martial Arts Academy — RCMATX — as a family business in Adkins since 2008, building a martial arts performance center east of San Antonio that trains men, women, and children. The academy teaches mixed martial arts to kids and adults, with a 4.9-star rating across 20 Google reviews and a reputation among members for a warm, welcoming environment. Classes run weekday evenings from roughly 4:30 to 9 PM with a Friday morning option — a schedule built around school and work hours rather than all-day open access. For anyone east of the city looking for established coaching, call 210-649-3300 or check rcmatx.com to get started in Adkins.
