Iron Trinity Jiu Jitsu

Twenty-eight classes a week – that’s the volume Iron Trinity Jiu Jitsu runs from its State Highway 121 location in Lewisville, with eight-plus instructors covering adult and kids’ Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and yoga for mobility. As an official Soul Fighters affiliate, the academy follows a structured curriculum from beginner fundamentals through competition training, and its noon classes let shift workers and lunch-break grapplers train while offices empty out. Founders Drew Allen and Shane Rusk, lifelong friends who opened the school after success in healthcare ventures, pitch a straightforward mission: forge stronger, safer communities through BJJ.
