Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans on CombatTX, including Verified Listings ($49), Verified Team ($199), Verified Elite ($349), and Featured Listings ($79/30 days). By purchasing any paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Verified Listings

A Verified Listing means we have confirmed that your gym is a legitimate, operating business in Texas. If we are unable to verify your gym within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Verification may fail if:

  • The business does not exist or is no longer operating
  • The phone number, address, or website provided is invalid or unverifiable
  • The business cannot be confirmed through public records, web presence, or direct contact
  • The business refuses to respond to verification attempts

2. Featured Listings

Featured Listings are a promotional placement service. All Featured Listing purchases are non-refundable. Once your gym is placed in featured rotation, the service has been rendered.

3. Successfully Verified Listings

If your gym is successfully verified, the verification fee is non-refundable. The verification service has been completed and the verified badge applied to your listing.

4. Listing Updates Instead of Refunds

If your listing does not meet the requirements of your selected plan — for example, the number of images exceeds what your plan allows — we will update your listing to match your plan’s requirements rather than issue a refund. You will be notified of any changes made.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Voluntary removal: You choose to remove your listing or take your gym off CombatTX after it has been verified
  • Policy violation: Your listing is removed for violating our Listing Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Inaccurate information: You provided false or misleading information during submission, regardless of whether verification succeeded
  • Duplicate purchases: You purchased verification for a gym that was already verified by another party (see Section 6)

6. Duplicate Listings

If you purchase a Verified Listing for a gym that has already been verified and claimed by another party, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days of notifying us. Please contact us as soon as you discover the duplicate.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact CombatTX before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension of your listing and account
  • Dispute of the chargeback with documentation of services rendered
  • Being blocked from future purchases on CombatTX

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at admin@combattx.com with the following information:

  • Your gym name and listing URL
  • The plan you purchased and date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
