ONE Academy | SATX

One name, one team, one goal — and this Nacogdoches Road academy backs the branding with an active fight team that competes around Texas. Day to day, ONE Academy | SATX concentrates on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi grappling, and MMA, with training available seven days a week, from 6 AM weekday openings to a Sunday afternoon session that most gyms simply don’t offer. Family discounts make it easier for households to train together, and the coaching scales from hobbyists looking for fitness to amateurs chasing sanctioned bouts. Students rate it 4.9 across 169 Google reviews, praising the welcoming mats and technical depth. Find the academy at 13924 Nacogdoches Rd in San Antonio, or check oneacademysa.com.
