Allen's Sport Karate

Inside Kidd Springs Recreation Center in North Oak Cliff, Allen’s Sport Karate runs family-focused karate classes that feel more like a neighborhood tradition than a franchise operation. The program works with men, women, and children of all backgrounds, pairing self-defense technique with what the school calls long-lasting character development — discipline and confidence built one step at a time. Kids’ self-defense is a particular focus, and the recreation-center setting keeps classes affordable and community-rooted, drawing families from across the surrounding Dallas neighborhoods. Reviewers rate it 4.8 on Google, and the small review count reflects a small, tight-knit program rather than a lack of fans.
