Impact Martial Arts Academy

Panhandle strikers have a dedicated home at Impact Martial Arts Academy, Amarillo’s school for Muay Thai and MMA training under the banner of training hard and thinking sharp. The SW 16th Avenue location offers free trials, family discounts, and a schedule spanning morning opens through 8PM on weekdays plus Saturday sessions — accommodating everyone from competitive fighters to nervous first-timers. Beyond classes, the academy publishes fight breakdowns and training videos that teach fight IQ alongside physical technique, an unusual touch for a neighborhood school. A perfect 5.0 rating across 38 Google reviews suggests the approach resonates with members. Amarillo’s martial arts community can reach the team at (806) 484-1293 or impact806.com to book a session.
