Enzo Jiu Jitsu Academy

Morning, midday and evening — Enzo Jiu Jitsu Academy runs training blocks at all three, including 5 AM sessions three days a week, a rarity in the Rio Grande Valley. The McAllen academy, rated 4.9 across 113 Google reviews, teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and children alongside dedicated self-defense programs for kids, teens and women. Hours stretch from 9:30 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, so shift workers, students and parents can all find mat time at 6421 N 10th St, Suite 130. The club is registered with an international jiu-jitsu events federation, with Brenda Castillo listed as its point of contact — evidence of a school plugged into competition beyond the Valley.
