Adrenaline Taekwondo

Adrenaline by name, this west Fort Worth taekwondo school keeps a dense weekday rhythm: classes run 4:30 to 8:30PM Monday through Thursday plus a Friday evening session, leaving weekends for recovery. Programming covers adults and kids across beginner, all-levels, and advanced tracks, so students train at roughly their own stage rather than being thrown in with veterans. Google reviewers give Adrenaline Taekwondo a 4.8-star average across 29 reviews, and the school pairs striking technique with the self-defense fundamentals highlighted in its course listings. The W Vickery Boulevard location sits in the heart of Fort Worth’s west side. Questions about age groups and trial classes go to 817-808-0293 or adrenalinetkd.com.
