Alpha Omega Jiu-Jitsu

A daily noon-to-1PM class joins evening sessions Monday through Friday at Alpha Omega Jiu-Jitsu — proof of how deliberately the Laredo academy serves working adults. The curriculum spans Brazilian jiu-jitsu, striking, fitness, and bundled self-defense programs for both kids and adults, living up to its motto of ‘the beginning of strength, the end of weakness.’ A multi-instructor coaching staff that includes spotlighted teachers such as Sergio Olivares keeps quality consistent across levels. Members have given the academy a perfect 5.0 rating across 35 Google reviews, making it one of the most trusted mats in the border city. Train at 1603 C. del Norte in Laredo, or check the current schedule at alphaomegajj.com.
