Bears Karate International

Four core class days structure the Bears Karate System: each week sets aside separate sessions for sport karate and for strength and conditioning, so students build fighting skill and athletic capacity in tandem rather than cramming everything into one session. The Laredo school, led by Master Vito and Professor Rodriguez according to its site, brands itself an Elite Training Program and holds a flawless 5.0 rating from 11 Google reviews. Programming suits kids and adults working through the belt curriculum. Families can reach the team through bearskarate.com or by calling 956-319-5442; the dojo sits at 2414 Jacaman Rd in Laredo, Texas.
