Black Tiger Taekwondo Institute

Small-town Gatesville punches above its weight with the Black Tiger Taekwondo Institute, a compact school on St Louis Street that carries a perfect 5.0-star Google rating. Classes run in the evening — 5 to 8PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays — which slots neatly around school and work in this Central Texas community near Fort Hood. The institute focuses on taekwondo for kids and families, the discipline-and-confidence curriculum parents look for in a rural market where options are limited. Four nights a week of structured training, with Wednesdays and weekends off, keeps the commitment manageable for busy households.
