Duffey's Boxing

USA Boxing certification distinguishes Duffey’s Boxing & Fitness Gym, a Sulphur Springs operation that runs its program to the national governing body’s standards rather than as casual cardio-boxing theater. Located in Winsor Plaza on Bill Bradford Road, the gym keeps a deliberately compact schedule — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 7:30PM — which concentrates coaching attention on the students who show up to work. The gym holds a perfect 5.0 Google rating and uses an application process for new members, underscoring its selective, serious approach. For Hopkins County residents, it offers a legitimate path into amateur boxing without driving to Dallas. Prospective members can apply at duffeysboxing.com or call 903-440-1220.
