Elite Mixed Martial Arts - Westchase

Nearly 475 Google reviews averaging 4.9 stars make the Westchase location one of the most battle-tested rooms in the Elite MMA network, a six-school Houston operation training students since 1993. On Westheimer Road, the schedule runs deep: gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from beginner to advanced, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, self-defense, and a full youth ladder from Little Ninjas through teen BJJ and youth Muay Thai. Doors open at 10AM most weekdays, and long Saturday hours accommodate make-up sessions. Elite claims more than 10,000 students trained across its locations over three decades. For west Houston residents, the fastest entry point is a call to (713) 339-4662 or a visit to elite-mma.com.
