Golden Triangle Jiu-jitsu Academy

Patrick Head, an old-school black belt, leads Golden Triangle Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Nederland — a fixture of the Golden Triangle’s martial arts community. The academy promises a safe, clean, fun environment for people of all ages and skill levels, with Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes for kids and adults running weekday afternoons and evenings from its Twin City Highway location. Members give it 4.8 stars across 19 Google reviews, and the school serves Nederland, Port Arthur, and Beaumont grapplers who want serious instruction without a drive to Houston. Friday sessions wind down slightly earlier to end the week. To try a class or ask about programs, contact goldentrianglejiujitsu.com or 409-679-3161.
