Gollihar Neighborhood Center

Boxing shares its building with a licensed pre-K program at Gollihar Neighborhood Center, a community hub on Gollihar Road that folds a boxing offering into its recreation mix alongside its better-known child-care services. The center opens weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM, giving the boxing side unusual daytime availability compared with evening-only fight gyms, and the facility earns a 4.8 rating across 16 Google reviews. For neighbors on Corpus Christi’s south side, it doubles as an affordable, close-to-home entry point into the sport rather than an intimidating dedicated fight gym.
