Gracie Barra Dripping Springs

Alexandre ‘Dande’ Santos and Robert ‘Max’ Bookman opened this Gracie Barra outpost in May 2021, and it has become one of Dripping Springs’ most reviewed academies — 106 Google reviews at a perfect 5.0. The school follows the ‘jiu-jitsu for everyone’ philosophy, teaching children as young as four alongside women and men of every skill level. Doors open at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and stay open until 9 p.m., an unusually long day that accommodates before-work and after-school training alike, with Saturday sessions from 9 to 1. Free trial classes are available on request. Find the academy on Frog Pond Lane or connect at gbdrip.com / 512-971-9359.
