Grey Belt Alliance Martial Arts: Mid-Valley

Mercedes’ South Texas Avenue mats open twice weekly under the Grey Belt Alliance, delivering kids-focused taekwondo backed by a small multi-location network across the Rio Grande Valley. The alliance’s San Benito location was named a 2024 Neighborhood Favorite on Nextdoor, a telling signal of community trust, and the organization has even branched into fencing locally, an unusual second discipline for a valley martial arts group. The Mercedes outpost holds a 5.0 rating from its first Google reviewers. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 PM, keeping the week simple for working parents. Enrollment questions go to 956-778-3559.
