Heretic Grappling Co

Grappling with attitude is the brand at Heretic Grappling Co, a San Antonio Brazilian jiu-jitsu outfit tracked on regional academy maps near Lake Briar on the city’s East Side. The name signals a no-nonsense, submission-hunting room rather than a belt-factory atmosphere, and weekday hours run 10 to 4 Monday through Thursday — an uncommon daytime schedule that fits shift workers, college students, and parents with school-age kids. A perfect 5.0 rating across four Google reviews suggests the small crew is doing something right on the mats. Cards are accepted, and the space appears geared toward focused smaller-group training. East Side grapplers curious to test the room can call 210-608-1126 about dropping in.
