Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Judo & Muay Thai - Bastrop

Bastrop’s only academy teaching gi jiu-jitsu, no-gi grappling, judo, and striking under one roof, Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu anchors the local martial arts scene on Highway 71 West. As a Renzo Gracie affiliate, the school runs about 38 classes per week – kids’ jiu-jitsu from age three, adult gi and no-gi, dedicated judo throws and takedowns, Muay Thai and MMA striking, plus women-only sessions. Scheduling is unusually deep, with 5 AM and lunchtime classes for early risers and shift workers alongside evening blocks, and the first week is free.
