Johnny's Korean Karate School

Four decades in Harlingen have made Johnny’s Korean Karate School a Valley institution — local television profiled the school as it marked roughly forty years of teaching, a longevity almost unheard of in the martial arts business. The school focuses on Korean karate for kids and adults, with classes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 on West Madison Avenue. Its 4.9 rating across 10 Google reviews reflects generations of families who have sent their children through the program and stayed involved themselves. Few schools anywhere in South Texas can point to that kind of continuous community presence under one name. To become part of the next generation of Valley students, phone 956-428-7750 about enrollment.
