Karate for Kids

Karate for Kids is more than a slogan at Sustaire’s ATA in Allen — it is the name of the school’s flagship program, built specifically for children ages seven through twelve. The ATA curriculum layers positive mental attitude, high goal setting, and other life skills onto traditional taekwondo technique, and a second location in McKinney serves families farther east. Reviews average 4.8 stars across 60 Google ratings, with parents crediting instructors for turning shy kids into confident leaders. Classes run Monday through Thursday from mid-afternoon into the evening plus Saturday mornings, at 1545 E Main St Unit 400. Try a class by calling (972) 396-9336 or enroll through sustairesata.com.
