Karate Of Dallas Seiwakai

Goju Ryu karate with Japanese language and culture woven into the instruction — that’s the distinctive formula at Karate of Dallas Seiwakai, a DeSoto program meeting Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30PM at the DeSoto Park and Recreation Center. Rather than maintaining its own storefront, the school operates through the city’s recreation facilities, an arrangement that keeps the program rooted in the community. It belongs to the Seiwakai USA network of dojos, which includes affiliated schools in multiple states. Training covers practical self-defense fundamentals along with weapons work, and the program holds a 5.0 rating from its Google reviewers. Beginners can ask about enrollment through the dojo list at seiwakaiusa.com or call 940-395-0722.
