Grown-ups get the entire mat at Legacy Dojo, Weatherford’s adults-only grappling gym — no kids’ classes, just structured training for men and women of every experience level. The curriculum runs unusually deep for Parker County: judo, wrestling, submission gi grappling, Japanese jujitsu, and hanbo jitsu short-staff work. What truly distinguishes the dojo is one-on-one, on-call supplemental training, letting members book individual coaching whenever a technique needs extra reps.
