Legend Martial Arts

Under Ms. Herndon’s guidance, Legend Martial Arts has become one of Denison’s most-reviewed training floors, rated 4.7 across 128 Google reviews. An ATA-affiliated school, it teaches taekwondo and practical self-defense through age-specific tracks: kids’ self-defense, teen classes, and adult fundamentals, plus corporate seminars that carry the curriculum offsite. Morning sessions at 8:30 twice a week suit homeschool families, while afternoon and evening blocks Monday through Thursday serve the after-school crowd. Onsite services and card payments make enrollment painless. Whether the goal is confidence for a shy first-grader or sharper self-defense skills for a teen, the schedule at 510 S Mirick Ave has a slot for it.
