LifeTime Martial Arts

Grand Master Mehrdad Valian presides over LifeTime Martial Arts, a Richardson academy on East Spring Valley Road that has quietly amassed a 4.9 rating across 83 Google reviews. Classes run weekday afternoons and evenings — roughly 3 to 8:30 PM depending on the day — plus a Saturday midday session, a cadence built around school schedules. The school keeps a steady presence as Lifetime Martial Arts of Richardson on social media and lets newcomers book online, lowering the barrier to a first class. The name reflects the philosophy: martial arts treated as a lifelong practice rather than a belt-and-quit routine. Reach the academy at 972-235-5425 or lifetimema.com.
