Lima Lama ´Matai´ Texas Martial Arts Artes Marciales

“Hand of Wisdom” is the English meaning of Lima Lama, the Polynesian self-defense art founded by American Samoan master Tino Tuiolosega – and Fort Worth’s Lima Lama ‘Matai’ Texas Martial Arts Artes Marciales carries that tradition forward in bilingual form, with Spanish “artes marciales” right in its name to welcome the city’s Spanish-speaking families. Students rate the school 4.8 across 19 Google reviews, a solid base for an independent neighborhood academy.
