Muay Thai Institute - Texas

Direct Thailand lineage is rare in American Muay Thai, but Muay Thai Institute – Texas claims exactly that: it is one of only four global branches authorized by the Muaythai Institute — headquartered in Thailand — to teach the art and sport of Muay Thai. Based on Lexington Blvd in Missouri City, southwest of Houston, the school keeps a deliberately compact schedule of evening classes Monday through Thursday, which suits students who prefer focused, curriculum-based sessions over open-gym chaos. Free parking and onsite services keep visits simple, and the stripped-down week concentrates coaching where it counts.
