Ninheim Viking Fight School

Sword, axe, and shield work anchor the curriculum at Ninheim Viking Fight School, a Fort Worth academy devoted to historical European martial arts rather than modern sport fighting. Students train longsword, sword-and-buckler, rapier, and sabre, and club members have competed at HEMA tournaments across Texas alongside groups like the Dallas School of Historical Fencing. Beginners are genuinely welcome: the school’s own announcements promise that no experience or gear is needed for its introductory sword-and-shield workouts, and the first class is always free. With Google reviews averaging a perfect 5.0, training runs Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons at 5501 Thelin St. Unleash your inner Norse warrior by calling (682) 558-1726.
