One Dojo | Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Dance, Gymnastics, and DFW's Homeschool Dojo

Homeschool PE gets a dedicated home at One Dojo in White Settlement, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that layers jiu-jitsu and MMA with dance and gymnastics under one roof. Weekday midday sessions from 10 to 2 serve DFW homeschool families specifically, while late-afternoon and evening classes open the mats to the wider Fort Worth-area community. Run by Wesley and Gabrielle Lynch, the small nonprofit setting fosters close-knit, thorough instruction — reflected in a 4.7 rating across 18 reviews — and family discounts plus free parking lower the barriers for multi-student households. Whether your kids need an active outlet or you want jiu-jitsu for yourself, explore programs at 1dojo.org or call 682-738-5099.
