Practical Defensive Tactics

Sweetwater’s Broadway Avenue space becomes a focused self-defense classroom twice weekly, where founder Mike Keller leads Tuesday and Thursday sessions from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Founder and owner Mike Keller leads Tuesday and Thursday sessions from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, built around practical technique and personal-safety strategy rather than sport trophies or belt pageantry. Keller’s instructor background shapes a curriculum centered on techniques that hold up under stress instead of choreographed drills. That compact schedule suits working adults, parents, and anyone in Nolan County who wants serious defensive training without a five-day-per-week commitment. Early students have awarded the school a 5.0 Google rating. Enrollment questions can go straight to 325-725-3188.
