Premier Wrestling Federation

Ropes and turnbuckles anchor this East Houston building, where the Premier Wrestling Federation runs both a training school and a live-event arena. Aspiring performers of all ages learn the craft here — folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling form the competitive base — while the venue hosts regular professional wrestling cards that fans praise for their family-friendly, high-energy atmosphere. Evening training runs seven days a week, with most weeknights starting around 5 PM, and traveling promotions and big names come through the arena throughout the year. Members call it the home of Houston wrestling, and its 4.4 rating across 17 Google reviews reflects steady local support. Catch a show or a class at 7122 Avenue B, or call 832-267-7978 for event and training info.
