Puro Azteca Boxing

Alvin’s boxing club brings sanctioned amateur competition home with the annual Puro Azteca Showdown, a USA Boxing-sanctioned card drawing bouts and boxers from across Texas. Hosting sanctioned events means this club operates at the amateur-circuit level, with training geared toward actually competing rather than fitness-only classes. The gym keeps evening doors open Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 9 PM and Saturday mornings from 10 to 12, a competitor’s schedule on North 2nd Street. Its Google presence is young but perfect at 5.0 from its first reviewer. Fighters and parents weighing the amateur boxing path can contact the club directly at 832-310-0773.
