Raízes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Raízes means roots, and this Crosby academy takes its name seriously: Raízes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu bills itself as a community-centric school focused on student growth over trophies, getting back to Brazilian roots. Classes run weekday lunchtimes and evenings on FM 2100 — flexible slots for shift workers, stay-at-home parents, and lunch-break grapplers — and a free first trial class genuinely lowers the barrier to stepping on the mat for the very first time. Google feedback is unanimous at 5.0 across 18 reviews, with a welcoming vibe for beginners and families alike. East-side Houston grapplers can start at raizesbrazilianjiujitsu.com or 346-384-0395.
