Renzo Gracie Houston

Few team names in grappling carry more weight than Renzo Gracie, and Renzo Gracie Houston brings that lineage to a Highway 6 academy serving Sugar Land and southwest Houston. The school runs gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA, wrestling, and women-only self-defense across kids, teen, and adult programs — with three daily training windows on weekdays: early morning, midday, and evening. That density suits shift workers and parents alike. Google reviews average 4.9 stars across 108 ratings, with students praising skilled, approachable instructors and ample mat space, and family discounts plus free parking round out the offering.
