Shotokan Karate Do Center, Houston Texas

International lineage runs through Shotokan Karate Do Center, Houston’s S.K.I.F.-member dojo — a school whose karate traces directly to the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation rather than a local reinvention of the style. Training is traditional and open to every age and experience level, with classes six days a week: weekday evenings starting at 5 PM and Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 12. The dojo posts its guiding values plainly — respect, strength, discipline — and members rate the school a perfect 5.0 across 8 Google reviews. For karateka near the Galleria who want orthodox Shotokan instruction with genuine organizational backing behind every belt, this Augusta Drive dojo is the reference point.
