Six Blades Jiu Jitsu McKinney

Kinder Samurai might be the best-named kids class in Collin County. Six Blades Jiu Jitsu McKinney uses it for five-to-seven-year-olds, teaching listening skills, discipline, respect, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals in an environment the school describes as training among family. Older kids and adults get their own tracks, including a dedicated adult beginner program, so newcomers learn the gentle art alongside peers instead of being thrown in with seasoned grapplers. The schedule is refreshingly realistic for working families: weekday evening classes from 5 to 7:30 PM and nothing forcing a Saturday scramble. Members rate the academy a perfect 5.0 across 32 Google reviews, and family discounts are available. Connect at jiujitsumckinney.com or call (214) 548-4815.
