Southern Institute of Aikido

Aikido’s nonviolent philosophy, redirecting an attacker’s energy instead of meeting force with force, is the foundation at Southern Institute of Aikido in Edinburg. The school holds a 4.7 rating across 13 Google reviews and is veteran-owned, run with the structure and discipline that background implies. Training runs Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30, a shorter Thursday session, and a Sunday evening class, giving Rio Grande Valley students multiple entry points each week.
