Apex Grappling Academy

Takedowns and ground work never compete for space at Apex Grappling Academy: the Rockwall club runs wrestling and jiu-jitsu classes Monday through Thursday plus Sunday afternoons. That dual focus builds the complete grappler – wrestling for control and pressure, Brazilian jiu-jitsu for positioning and submissions – and it shows in competition results across the region. The academy holds a 5.0 rating across 21 Google reviews, with kids and adult tracks at all skill levels. Visit the South Goliad St location, call 910-723-2330, or see apexgrapplingtx.com to try a class.
