3F Wrestling

Elementary schoolers through high schoolers get real folkstyle wrestling at 3F Wrestling, a club on Pyramid Drive serving Austin’s western edge near Lakeway. Practice nights split by age group — elementary sessions early, advanced and middle school after, high schoolers in the late blocks — and the club runs separate boys’ and girls’ high school programs, a structure that reflects how quickly girls’ wrestling is growing across Texas. Coach Martin handles registration directly and keeps drop-in pricing transparent for visiting grapplers. Families rate the club 4.6 across 11 Google reviews. Schedules and registration live at 3fwrestling.com, or call 512-517-1279 to check roster openings before a season fills.
